Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been picked up by Fedex or USPS for shipment you will
receive an automated email notification confirming shipment along with your
tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to follow the progress of
your order in transit until it reaches you or your recipient.
International Orders Shipping
USPS International Flat Rate insures up to a $45 value of your package. If you
wish to insure the full value of your package, please choose USPS Priority Mail
or Fedex. Please note that USPS International Priority Mail does not ship to the
following countries: Australia, Bolivia, Canada, India, Israel, Poland and
Romania. If your package is lost, AmzJewelry will only refund the insured amount
of your package.

Please notify us within 5 days of receiving product in order to qualify for a refund, exchange or credit. Items must have all tags intact & not show any signs of wear. Orders must be sent back in full unless arrangements are made to refund or exchange part of the order. Please make sure to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by phone or Complete the Return Form Online
Please note: Engraved or personalized jewelry CANNOT be returned and are not covered by the above money back policy BUT if an item is incorrectly engraved or if the item is structurally damaged, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.

Ship Your Exchange - Ship your exchange using a traceable method of shipment (e.g.: USPS Priority Post, FedEx). We recommend that the package is insured, that way you are protected against any loss during shipment.
